SIPNEX operates as Sipnex Telecom LLC, a Texas limited liability company and FCC-licensed telecommunications carrier. The documents below govern your relationship with SIPNEX, including the commercial terms, privacy practices, acceptable use, and service-level commitments. SIPNEX legal documents govern the relationship between Sipnex Telecom LLC and our customers. These documents are written in plain language where possible, because operators should be able to read the terms they sign without a paralegal on retainer. Our Master Service Agreement is month-to-month with no early termination fees — you can leave any time, and we keep working to earn the next month. Our Service Level Agreement commits to 99.99% network uptime with defined incident response times, maintenance windows, and service credit policies. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding that data, including Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) protected under FCC rules. As an FCC-licensed telecommunications carrier, SIPNEX operates under a federal regulatory framework that dictates portions of these agreements. We are a registered USF contributor (FCC Form 499 Filer), we hold our own STIR/SHAKEN Service Provider certificate, and we are registered in the Robocall Mitigation Database. Several clauses in our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service exist specifically to keep SIPNEX and our customers compliant with the TCPA, the TRACED Act, CAN-SPAM, state-level telemarketing laws, and FCC robocall enforcement actions. Reading these documents is the quickest way to understand what traffic we carry, what we do not, and why.
