SIPNEX is an FCC-licensed US telecommunications carrier. We hold our own carrier license, our own STIR/SHAKEN Service Provider certificate, our own FCC Form 499 filing, and active registration in the Robocall Mitigation Database. We built SIPNEX because we ran dialers ourselves and could not find a carrier that actually understood the workload.

The VoIP industry has three kinds of providers: carriers, resellers, and CPaaS platforms. Most operators running VICIdial or a predictive dialer end up on a reseller or a CPaaS markup — paying two or three margins stacked on top of whichever carrier is actually terminating the traffic. When something goes wrong, the person answering the support line has no authority over the network it is happening on.
SIPNEX is the carrier. We hold the FCC license. We sign the STIR/SHAKEN attestation with our own certificate. We file the Form 499. We operate the switches and the SBCs. When a customer calls with a PDD issue or an attestation question, the engineer on the other end of the line has root on the system being asked about.
We built this because we came from the operator side. We ran VICIdial at volume, fought the same B-level attestation battles, and watched good carriers get bought and ruined by CPaaS consolidation. SIPNEX exists to be the carrier we wished we had — transparent per-minute pricing, unlimited concurrent channels, A-level attestation as default, and a support line answered by the person who can fix it.
